About
Skandiabanken Transactions is a Greasemonkey hack for skandiabanken.se. The purpose of the script is to improve the transaction listings by adding some functionality. Among the additions are export of listings to XML or text, and a filter to select a specific transaction subset.
Installation
This being a Greasemonkey script, the first requirement is that Greasemonkey is installed in Firefox. This can be done here. After that you should be able to install my script by following this link.
Limitations
Most functionality provided by this script would be faster and more future safe if it were implemented in the code that the bank runs. The script can display things in a different way, but when it comes to communication with the bank, it can only preform the same actions as a normal user. This makes some functionality a bit awkward (especially the "retrieve all transactions" action). Every time the bank makes changes to their site this script may stop working. If this happens please let me know so that I can try to fix it.
A Word of Caution
My script will not steal your money and it will only make information available to you and your bank. Information is only sent to the bank when you click on links in a similar manner to what occurs without the script installed. However if you don't know and trust me, it's a bad idea to just take my word for it. Ideally you or a third party you trust should look at the code to see that it isn't malicious.
